Your Bright Track account was deactivated from lack of activity for over one year and you may no longer enroll in courses. You may still access certificates from completed courses and complete unfinished courses by accessing the My Account menu.
You may also complete and submit a CDSS Bright Track User Account Requests form to request to reactivate your account, which will enable you to enroll in courses if the request is approved by your institution’s administration.
Users with deactivated accounts can access and complete the Bright Track Civil Rights Training for Child Nutrition Programs online course on the CDSS CACFP Training web page. The course is available in English and Spanish. At the end of the course, users are prompted to complete an online form to receive a dated certificate of completion by email.
Note: A new version of the Civil Rights Training online course is posted at the start of each program year (October 1).
